Business Design & Digital Build

This isn't business coaching. And it isn't a website package.

We'll look at the whole business — your expertise, the person you're building it around, what you want it to do, how you want to work, how people will find you, and what actually needs to exist. Then I'll build the digital pieces that make it work.

Sustainable Podcast Systems

You've spent years getting good at your work. Now you're building something of your own.

You know your work.

You know your clients. You know your expertise. You probably have plenty of ideas about what you could build around it.

But turning that expertise into an actual online business is a different job.

Suddenly you're supposed to figure out your website, email list, digital products, lead magnets, technology, customer journey, visibility and a hundred other things you didn't particularly want to become an expert in.

You don't need to become a web designer, marketer, tech person and entrepreneur overnight.

You need someone who can look at everything you've got — your expertise, ideas, offers, website, technology, audience and products and work out what actually needs to exist.

Then build it.

That's what I do.

You bring the expertise. I build the business around it.

This isn't business coaching where I hand you another framework and send you off to do the work.

And it isn't handing you a template and telling you to figure out the rest.

I work with you to make the pieces fit.

We look at what you're trying to build, what you already have, what people need from you and what the simplest path from "I've found you" to "I'd like to work with you" actually looks like.

Then we build the foundations to support it.

That might include your website.

Your email list and welcome sequence.

A lead magnet.

A digital product or workshop.

Your customer journey.

The technology underneath it.

The pages, forms, automations and connections that make everything work.

And the bits that don't need to exist?

We don't build those.

This is for you if...

You've spent years getting very good at something. Now you want to build something of your own around it.

Maybe that's consulting.
Teaching.

Speaking.

Digital products.

A small online business built around your expertise.

You don't mind doing the actual work.

You mind having to become the website designer, email technician, systems person, tech support and social media manager just to sell it.

You'd rather have a simple, credible business that works properly than a giant online presence full of things you don't actually need.

You want people to be able to:

find you → understand what you do → trust you → take the next step.

And you'd quite like your business to leave some room for the rest of your life.

That's who I build for.

  • what your business actually needs

  • what can wait

  • what can go

  • how someone moves from discovering you to becoming a customer

  • what should be automated and what should stay human

  • which technology is genuinely useful

  • how your website, email, lead generation and offers fit together

  • how people can find you without you having to live on social media

  • what needs to be built now so you can actually get on with your work

Then I build it.

What we're building

This is a substantial, done-with-you/done-for-you digital business build.

We start with the business itself, not the technology.

1 — Get clear on the business

We'll get clear on what you're actually building, who it's for, what you're selling and what needs to happen first.

We'll look at what you already have too.

Because you probably don't need to throw everything away and start again.

You might just need someone to look at the whole thing properly.

And we'll look at you, too.

How you actually want to work matters.

How much time you have. How visible you want to be. What you enjoy, what you don't, what you have absolutely no interest in doing every day just because somebody on the internet says you should.

From there, I'll help you work out a visibility approach that makes sense for your business and your life — including ways people can find and trust you without requiring you to live on social media.

02 — Build the foundations

We'll create the core pieces your business needs to function online.

Depending on your business, that might include:

  • your website

  • offer pages

  • email list setup

  • lead magnet

  • welcome/delivery emails

  • digital product

  • workshop or course infrastructure

  • booking/payment links

  • forms

  • customer journey

  • essential automations

Not all businesses need all of these things. But yours might need some of them.

03 — Make the pieces work together

This is the bit that often gets missed.

Your website shouldn't be doing one thing while your email list does another and your products sit somewhere completely disconnected.

We'll make the journey make sense.

Someone finds you.

They understand what you do.

They have a reason to stay connected.

They can take the next step.

And when they buy something, the experience works without you having to manually hold every piece together.

04 — Leave you with something you can actually run

I'm not interested in building you a beautiful machine that requires me forever to operate.

You'll understand what we've built, why it's there and what happens next.

The aim is a business that you can actually live with.

The way I work

I'm good at seeing the whole thing.

The offer over here.

The website over there.

The email sequence you forgot existed.

The digital product that isn't connected to anything.

The software subscription you're paying for but don't actually like.

The thing you thought you needed because somebody on the internet told you every business needs one.

I look at the whole picture and ask:

Does this actually help the business?

If it does, we'll make it work.

If it doesn't, we won't build it just because we can.

I care about making your business clear, useful and human.

What you get

This isn't a menu of things you have to buy separately.

We'll work out what your particular business actually needs, and I'll build the pieces that make sense.

Your business foundations

We'll shape the underlying structure of the business so you know what you're building and why.

That might include:

  • business and customer journey structure

  • deciding what actually needs to exist

  • simplifying what you've already built

  • website structure and design

  • email list setup

  • lead magnet/resource setup

  • digital product or workshop setup

  • forms, pages and automations

  • connecting the pieces so the experience makes sense

I'm not a copywriter, so you'll bring the words or we'll bring in someone who specialises in them. I can work with your existing copy and make sure the things around it are designed and structured properly.

A visibility strategy that fits your life

We'll look at how you actually want to be visible — not how you're supposedly meant to be visible.

I'll make recommendations based on your personality, capacity, business and preferences.

That could mean email, podcasting, articles, collaborations, searchable content, guest appearances, a simple social presence, or a combination of things.

The point is to create a way for the right people to find you, understand what you do, trust you and take the next step without you having to spend your life feeding social media.

Your digital products and resources

If digital products are part of your business, I can help you think through what makes sense and design the experience around them.

I'll design the product, workbook, pages and delivery system.

You bring the expertise and the actual teaching.

I won't write your course, workbook or sales copy for you but I can make sure the thing you've created has somewhere sensible to live and works properly for the person buying it.

Podcast design and setup

If podcasting makes sense for your visibility strategy, we can build that in too.

That can include the podcast's visual identity, setup, pages, basic systems and the practical pieces you need to get it running.

Because sometimes a podcast makes much more sense for someone than trying to become a full-time content creator.

The practical handover

And when we're done, I don't want you wondering:

“Lovely. Now how the hell do I maintain this?”

I'll give you the practical basics you need to look after what we've built — including a Loom walkthrough for maintaining your website and pages.

The goal is a business you can actually run.

Not a beautiful collection of things you need me to fix every time you want to change a button.

And because I don't believe in building things for the sake of building them, your exact project is shaped around your business.

What I won't ask you to build

You don't need:

  • a giant website

  • seven offers

  • a complicated funnel

  • a million pieces of software

  • a daily social media strategy

  • a huge email list

  • every new AI tool that lands in your inbox

  • a business that looks exactly like somebody else's

You need the right pieces for your business.

And sometimes the best thing we can do is take something away.

From £10,000

For a substantial business build, the investment starts at £10,000 GBP.

This is not a template handoff or a few hours of consulting.

It's a focused project where I look at the whole picture — your expertise, your business, your life, your visibility, your technology and the experience you're creating for your customers — and then build the pieces that actually need to exist.

You bring the expertise.

I build the business around it.

You don't need to build the whole thing alone.

You already know your work.

You don't need to become an expert in everything that surrounds it.

Bring me the expertise, the ideas and the ambition.

I'll help you turn them into a business that works.
