For 1:1 services, any intellectual property owned or developed by The Simple Setup HQ before the start of a project remains the property of The Simple Setup HQ.

This may include frameworks, templates, systems, processes, resources, methodologies and other materials used to deliver a service.

Any project-specific ownership, licensing or usage rights will be set out in the applicable client or service agreement.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Because access is provided instantly, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms of Service and understand that immediate access to digital products means your purchase is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Memberships

Memberships, including The Kitchen, renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid your next renewal, cancellation must be completed at least 5 days before your next billing date.

Payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

1:1 Services

1:1 services offered by The Simple Setup HQ may include Intensives, Website Foundations and other 1:1 projects.

These services are governed by a separate client or service agreement.

The applicable agreement may set out the specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment schedule, client responsibilities, cancellation terms, intellectual-property arrangements and other project-specific terms.

Submitting an application, enquiry or booking a call does not guarantee acceptance as a client.

The Simple Setup HQ reserves the right to decline projects that are not the right fit.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, access, feedback, approvals and other information reasonably required to deliver their project.

This may include providing access to relevant websites, software, platforms, accounts, files, branding, copy or other materials where required.

Delays in providing required information, access, materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

The Simple Setup HQ is not responsible for delays or missed deadlines caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by a client's failure to provide required information, access, materials or feedback.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that information, content, images, trademarks, documents and other materials they provide to The Simple Setup HQ are accurate and that they have the necessary rights and permissions for us to use them as part of the project.

Payments

Payment is required before access to digital products or memberships is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees, payment schedules and payment terms for 1:1 services are set out in the applicable client or service agreement.

By engaging The Simple Setup HQ for a service, you agree to the payment terms stated in the applicable agreement.

Service Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for 1:1 services are set out in the applicable client or service agreement.

Where no separate terms are provided, fees already paid for work completed or time specifically reserved for a project may be non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Educational Content

The information provided through this website, emails, products, memberships and services is intended for educational purposes only.
